Boating at Cloud Lake, Camellia's Thunder Bay Florist, ON

It was time to take a break today and go for a Boat Ride. Cloud Lake is a mere 20 minutes away from us. So we loaded up the boat and off we went.

It was cloudy when we got there, but still nice and warm. Lots of other boats were on the Lake . The Golden was quite worried about the noise of the motor, but eventually he pulled his head out from my arm and started to enjoy the ride.

We were lucky and spotted a Loon on the Lake. I've never seen one close up before, so this was a treat.

Cloud Lake is quite high up, as you can see from this photo which was taken on the way back home. Need a break? Go for a boat ride on Cloud Lake!

This season, Grey continues to be strong, along with the ever popular Black & White.

Always lots to see in Toronto, here is a movie being made, just around the corner from the Delta Chelsea on Gerrard St.

Of course, Christmas is just around the corner.

We have new evening bags - in various colours

Aaahhh.! Rest and Relaxation...wonderful stretches of sandy beach just after you cross over at Sault Ste. Marie into the U.S. These beaches continue all the way to Marquette, Michigan.

Being at the Beach is what Summer is all about. We usually seize any opportunity to stop at a sandy beach.

Breakfast at Big Boy Restaurants - so delicious!

Lots of stopping along the way to check out the many streams and waterfalls, this spot had the greenest moss I have ever seen.

To end a Road trip, roasting marshmallows, and eating S'mores!
