Step away from the black

 Step away from the Black and embrace colour. Everywhere you go, Black is a uniform. A busload of tourists unload at the Ice fields in B.C. almost all are wearing black leggings. Waiters and Waitresses at restaurants are all wearing black. If you too are wearing black, look out.....when you get up from your table, someone will ask you to get them a drink or something. has this ever happened to you? You are slightly put out by their request and the person that asked you feels ..well..silly. and kind of embarrassed.   Business people wear black to look professional. Enjoying this last little bit of Summer.

Country Delights in Slate River, Peonies, Fresh Strawberries & Gouda Cheese

 It's a wonderful Thyme to take a Drive into Slate River Valley, which starts just a teensey bit outside Thunder Bay. You can visit The Camellia and shop for Handmade Gifts, taste and buy Gouda cheese at Thunder Oak Cheese Farm, and Strawberries are now ready for picking at Belluz Farms. So many places to visit, all a mere 10- 15 minutes form Thunder Bay. ( Lucky you, not like you have to drive 3 hours in traffic to shop local!)
