The best weight is 10% to 15% of the person's body weight. DOGS with separation anxiety also do well with weighted blankets. Get your orders in to us by September 15th. Shipping to Thunder Bay is included in our prices. (HST is not). Kids weighted blankets do not come with a removable cover, the entire blanket can go into the wash.
