Summer ..to be continued..The Camellia, Thunder Bay, On

 Well, it's supposed to be Summer here but someone must have pressed the To Be Continued button, and fast forwarded to FALL....dare I say it, it's cold out there. Well, it's probably because we've put in the Summer A/C's seeing  as it was plus 35 C and up. It's probably about 7 degrees out there now. Brrr....! 

Summer will continue next week, we hope. Strawberry Picking continues at Belluz - fresh picked juicy goodness. Stop by and see us at The Camellia. We have Organic culinary Lavender from Matanzas Creek Winery in Sonoma Valley, CA. Magic Tablecloths that repel water and stains, and they are polyester, so you can easliy wash them. Most people buy 1 of these, and come back for a few more as they are so low-maintenance, and they look good too.

Spring at Camellia's, Thunder Bay, Ontario

Are you a person that loves Spring? I am beside myself in the Springtime, robins returning, geese and ducks in the pond, Dutch bulbs sprouting in the garden, flowers....., and bright Spring colours of lime, orange , and poiiiiip..ple ( as my niece would say for purple.)

How about you, do you Love Spring?

Spring bulbs are so pre....eeeeety!! They lift you up...and the smell....

We are in love with Birds - so nice to hear them cheeping outside at dawn.

Shopping at Camellia's, Thunder Bay, ON

Thank you to all of our loyal customers ! Here's a peek at some visitors shopping at the store today, and their lovely vintage convertible.

What better Summer treat is there than to drive in a convertible, and to let the wind blow through your hair? Today was a perfect day for a Drive, Sunny and not too hot!

Everyone raves about out Water -repellent, stain resistant tablecloths, perfect for indoors or out. Available in rounds and rectangles, in a variety of fabrics and colours.

With all the rain we have had, the farmers are haying, ( not sure if this is the correct term..?)

Our chicken drinker bud vase, good for tiny tubular blooms.

Here's the chicken drinker filled with Black magic petunia blooms, a new variety of petunia.

The Iris by our Pond is just starting to bloom. Spectacular blues and purples.

The blooms look hand painted, they are so delicate and colourful.
